Available delivery methods, prices, and estimated windows are calculated at checkout from the products and destination. We do not add a hidden markup to a carrier quote.

• International delivery is available to many countries, but availability varies by product and address.
• Products made or stored at different facilities may arrive in separate packages.

Production time is separate from carrier transit time. Made-to-order pieces must be printed, finished, and checked before they ship. Checkout estimates are not guarantees, particularly during holidays, customs processing, or carrier disruption.

Cross-border orders may incur import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or customs delays imposed by the destination country. Unless checkout explicitly says they are prepaid, the recipient is responsible for those charges.

We email tracking when the fulfillment partner hands the parcel to a carrier. Carrier scans can take time to appear. If tracking is stalled or a parcel is marked delivered but missing, contact us with the order reference.

Check the delivery address before paying. Once production or fulfillment starts, an address change may not be possible. Customers are responsible for addresses entered incorrectly, but we will help where the provider still allows a correction.
