Privacy.

Depending on how you use FIIDK, information can include your email, account identifier, order details, delivery address, support messages, device and security logs, and marketing preference. Payment-card details are collected by the checkout provider and are not stored by FIIDK.

We process information to provide the store and accounts, prevent abuse, fulfill contracts, communicate order status, comply with legal obligations, and—with consent where required—send optional marketing.

We share only the information required for each provider’s role.

• Supabase: authentication and database services.
• Fourthwall: checkout, payment, tax, and merchant-of-record services.
• Apliiq and other fulfillment partners: manufacturing, packing, delivery, and tracking.
• Brevo: transactional email delivery.
• Vercel and operational vendors: hosting, security, and application delivery.

We retain order and transaction records for operational, tax, dispute, fraud-prevention, and legal purposes. Guest order links expire automatically. Account and support information is removed or anonymized when appropriate and legally permitted.

You can request access, correction, deletion, or restriction where applicable, and can withdraw marketing consent at any time. We may need to verify the requester and may retain records the law requires us to keep.

We use access controls, signed provider webhooks, hashed guest tokens, and encrypted service connections. No internet service can promise absolute security; report suspicious account or order activity promptly.
